ART JEWELRY WEEK GUADALAJARA 2026

From 7–12 September 2026, Art Jewelry Week Guadalajara in Mexico brings together exhibitions, conversations, workshops and encounters exploring jewellery as an artistic practice and contemporary medium.

This year’s theme, "At the Edge of Beauty", questions beauty as a fixed category, looking instead towards imperfection, discomfort, precariousness and intuition as possible spaces for creation.

Highlights include Philip Sajet’s conference and exhibition “Why Jewelry is Art”, the collective exhibitions "Desborde" and "NAO 4, Inner Soul", as well as Sajet’s workshop "The Necessity of the Ugly" and "Artistic Practice Review" sessions.
