No puedo negar que cuando voy a empezar un trabajo me encanta que me den libertad absoluta. Sé que es difícil y no siempre se puede, pero es en esos momentos cuando suelo hacer un mejor trabajo.

Ese fue el caso de esta animación que hice el año pasado para el 2023 que buscaba una animación fresca y dinámica que sirviera de intro para el evento. Con este par de notas y un par de correcciones me parece que los resultados fueron positivos para tanto para un bando como el otro

Armé estas animaciones para GLOVO mientras estábamos todos patas arriba durante la cuarentena.

Estando al límite, en uno de mis 𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘮𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴, me tocó hacer todo desde cero; la idea, el copy, las ilustraciones, animación y musicalizar.

En el momento no les di mucha mente, pero ahora que me vuelvo a encontrar con ellas pienso que son dos joyitas que nunca he compartido.

I like looking back to old projects in my portfolio to remind myself where I come from and where I want to be.

This is part of the 25th anniversary campaign requested when I was starting to work in the Dominican Leo Burnett's office. I was so happy and proud to see my work being shown in many Dominican streets.

Eventho now I can spot my flaws, I wouldn't change any bit of it. It was part of a bigger learning process that is still underway.

I love music and all consequential chores around it. Since I was 5 years old I'd rather watch MTV and VH1 instead of cartoons; Queen, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, Prince, INXS, Guns N'Roses. I grew up thinking I was going to be a music video director. I haven't become one yet, but who knows... I mean we are work in progress, nobody knows what they're going to be doing not even tomorrow.

When I started working at OMD Barcelona's Branded Content department it was such a challenge to me. I mean, my background used to be agencies focused on creativity and in this case the main focus had to be the media.

The Levi's Music Project is definitely one of my top favorite assignments. It felt great to apply some of my skills for an amazing brand like Levi's, and not to mention I got to work for two years in a project where the Spanish pop star Rosalía and the amazing music producer Alizzz were involved.

I'm not a religious person, but it's curious how I ended up living in a place where the mother of the people is , which is the name of the also mother of the people

This is one of my favorite local , and I love the fact that the religious context of it has been removed and made all about the people, cultural events, parties and being together no matter who you are.

This year it doesn't have the same vibe as others because of , but hey!

The funny thing about is that most of the time we think this great comes from external factors like winning the lottery, conquering someone's love, getting a degree, a new car, etc. But that type of joy is not meant to last long; it quickly vanishes and if we don't hold onto the other kind of joy we could fall into an emotional void.

Real joy is more related to our personal . We can find it easier in the path to our goals more than in the achievement itself. It comes from inside of us, from being for little details, for a good companion, from learning new things, or even from working in the things you love for hours.

All of us have a purpose in life; an inner source of joy that we can decide when to let it shine or not. This takes a while to understand, but consider that under this emotional state we tend to be more , extra and affective, we interact more and better with others... and that's the kind of joy I try to pursue every day in my personal and professional life.

Please, whatever the circumstances are; allow joy to be your life compass!
