Mission accomplished 👏👏👏👏
Usually I am not a fan of public declaration on Social Media but I think this story requires an exception , so get ready for a necessary very long message 😄👏
We are happy to say that we have succeeded our goal with a huge support and 🥳🥳La Bouche 🥳🥳will be opening soon in Spain.
After days of preparations and hard work , we finally achieved to recover our tent from the hands of a despicable man that was exploiting it, without paying a penny for the rent , apparently very known on show-business for his bad reputation and unpaid debts.
👍He would not pay for rent because he did not had an official permission to play, even if he did so for 2 years. !!!!! Incredible!!!!!🤪🤪🤪
I want to thanks our amazing team and friends that dismantled the tent in 2 days, our lawyer for the legal logistics, the Mayor of the city of Sellin to be on our side and the unconditional help of the local police that supported us after the pathetic claims of property and tentative of stopping us with stupid lies and unsoported arguments.
The tent was used to produce the show http://www.Sommervariete.com during 2 year, 12 month of shows totally and directed by the company www.spiegelzelt-sellin.de.
Apparently and reported by the local news papers, OZ - Ostsee Zeitung (ostsee-zeitung.de), the real reason why they had to leave the location is because the city cancelled their contract , "🥴surprise surprise", because they did not pay the rent of the land and not because they did not had an permanent approval for the "💃💃💃Spanish tent💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻" .
By the way, perhaps they did not know that no tent in Germany has that kind of approuval, only flight ones.
The city asked them to remove the tent and clean the location already in February.
After 3 months the tent was still there because Mr. " 🤫I am the biggest producer🤥", did not tell us and was trying to find people to remove "🤥🤥his tent🤥🤥" to go to a new location, Binz , to open in June without an "oficial approval " apparently.
Even the Mayer of Sellin was invited to the opening 👏👏🥳jajajajajaja, unreal🥴.
Thanks to the locals authorithies and the artistic community that reported us his crazy intentions, we confirmed the information with the city that approved the removal of the material operated by our company with a big logistic and economical effort.
During the process, a lot of people appeared claiming debts , including a local hotel that confiscated all the machines , furniture and wines from the bar for an unpaid 17000 Euro invoices and customers from the last show in Christmas claiming money back for the vouchers they had bought for next shows in summer .
Extra help was not necessary but lot of people offered . Pending matters with the protagonist of our story?? 🤷🏻♂️🤦♀️Perhaps 🤷🤷🤷
What I could observe after ending this operation that required my full focus is that there is people that leaves in an fairy tail world were they pretend to be cuge powerful business man, treating with great actions of strenth , but in reality are pathetic cowards and liars that try and like to fuc…..people over and do not even have the balls to show up.
Anyway, enough energy lost on this matter, we won the first battle.
