Womb Healing & Mandala Making Session 20-21st October in Abu Galum

Ladies let’s gather after this full moon and nourish our wombs and hearts.

During the session we focus on channelling the feminine spirit and creativity, fostering a deep connection with your body and emotions.
This experience will help you to embody the practice of self-care. It is designed to reconnect you with your Womb Space - your inner strength and creativity, offering a healing experience through my unique combination of three practices of Embodied Movement, Womb Activation and Mandala Art Medicine .
Combining these practices can serve as a powerful tool for rejuvenating and recalibrating the life force energy of women. The sacral energy centre, often referred to as the sacral chakra, is believed to be the seat of creativity, emotional well-being, and sexual energy.
By understanding and working with the energetics of the Womb Space, you can tap into your innate life force energy that flows and wants to create through us at all times. This approach is inclusive and empowering, highlighting the profound capacities for creation and healing that exist within us.
