Immersive Jazz Classes:
we stART on Monday August 15 with choreography "All That Jazz" (from the famous 1975 Broadway musical Chicago*) directed and produced by legendary Bob Fosse, one of the most influential choreographers in the 20th century.
Bob Fosse created a style of jazz and musical theatre dance that had never before been seen on stage. Fosse’s style is characterized by turned in toes and knees, shoulder roll, angled boulder hats, and black fishnet stockings.
When Fosse would create a piece of choreography he was known for playing up the contrast in each move. His movements would shift from fast to slow or little to big which created an explosive and sensual feel to his work.
These unique jazz classes are open for anyone interested in dance and expression. The classes will offer you the opportunity of learning the fundamentals of dance in the field of jazz.

As a form, jazz combines different movements, styles, and concepts from everywhere. In this space, you can expect to feel part of the performance inspired by well-known iconic moments of movies, musicals, and artists around the world.

As a student, you will learn the basic steps for dancing jazz focusing on the posture and the coordination. Most importantly, you will feel immersed in the different dance routines in a way that will help you gain the confidence to perform either solo or with a group!

No background needed; all levels are welcomed. Suitable for various ages, mixed groups and female only groups. Classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. Contact us to book (+201552 517799).
