Apply to You-topia, 4-day youth exchange program "Designing a Harmonious Intercultural City", incorporating the Consensus Methodology to foster collaboration and learning through gamified activities. Participants from Italy 🇮🇹 and Egypt 🇪🇬 with diverse backgrounds collaborate to design a fictional city that reflects shared cultural values, addresses societal challenges, and promotes intercultural harmony. The Consensus Methodology is a collaborative decision-making process where you curate an exceptional space for exploration and social innovation.
5 Italians 🇮🇹and 5 Egyptians 🇪🇬 gather in Egypt to move beyond abstract theories into a hands-on experiential journey to reimagine our shared spaces. Through game-based methodologies, we explore how to foster social cohesion and live together in harmony, using play as a catalyst for creativity and human connection.
All activities, materials used and meals during the training days are covered, just bring your enthusiasm and eagerness to drive impact.
Participants Profile:
Both Egyptian and Italian expats
Aged 20-30 years old
Can speak and express ideas in English (Intermediate level)
From All over Egypt (Young people from outside Cairo are encouraged to apply, however, no possibility of funding or reimbursing travel or accommodation expenses)
Curious, open to learn, and interested in the topic
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Dates: February 11 - 14, 2026 (It is mandatory to attend all 4 days)

التقديم مفتوح للمشاركة في برنامج You-topia، وهو تبادل شبابي لمدة ٤ أيام بعنوان "تصميم مدينة متناغمة"، بيعتمد على منهجية التوافق (Consensus Methodology) علشان نعزز التعاون والتعلّم عن طريق التعلم النشط والأنشطة التفاعلية .
المشاركين من إيطاليا ومصر من خلفيات متعددة هيشتغلوا سوا على تصميم مدينة خيالية تعبّر عن القيم الثقافية المشتركة، وتواجه التحديات الاجتماعية، وتدعم التفاهم بين الثقافات.
المنهجية دي بتعتمد على اتخاذ القرار الجماعي، وبتخلق مساحة مميزة للاستكشاف والابتكار الاجتماعي
٥ إيطاليين و٥ مصريين هيتجمعوا في مصر علشان نطبّق الأفكار بشكل ملهم مش بس نظري! هنكتشف مع بعض إزاي نقدر نبني مجتمعات متماسكة بيعيش أهلها في تناغم، ونستخدم اللعب كوسيلة للإبداع والتواصل الإنساني 🎲
يشمل دعم المشروع كل الأنشطة والمواد المستخدمة والوجبات طول فترة البرنامج – المطلوب منك بس الحماس والرغبة في التأثير الحقيقي
المواصفات المطلوبة:
مصري أو إيطالي (بما فيهم المقيمين في مصر)
العمر بين ٢٠ و٣٠ سنة
يقدر يتكلم ويعبّر باللغة الإنجليزية (مستوى متوسط على الأقل)
من أي محافظة في مصر (التقديم مفتوح للجميع، لكن لا يوجد تمويل أو تعويض لمصاريف السفر أو الإقامة للمشاركين من خارج القاهرة)
شخص شغوف وحابب يتعلّم وعنده اهتمام بالموضوع 🌍
