تعلن مؤسسة اليابان بالقاهرة عن فتح باب التقديم لدورات اللغة اليابانية الحضورية، حيث تجمع الدورات بين تعلم اللغة والتعرف على جوانب متعددة من الثقافة اليابانية من خلال أنشطة تفاعلية وتجربة تعليمية ثرية.

✨تشيكن تيرياكي دون✨

يوم الثلاثاء 61 يونيو، طلاب المستوى 5 تعرفوا على واحد من أشهر الأطباق في اليابان: تشيكن تيرياكي دون! 🍗

الطبق ده بيجمع بين الرز والفراخ المغطاة بصوص التيرياكي الشهير، واللي بيتميز بمزيج النكهات الحلوة والمالحة. وعلشان كده يعتبر من الأكلات المفضلة عند ناس كتير في اليابان.

كل الطلاب شاركوا في تحضير الطعام وتجميع المكونات. استخدمنا مكونات لذيذة ومتوفرة في مصر زي الفراخ، والارز، بالاضافة إلي الخضار زي البصل الأخضر وغيره. وتعرفوا أكتر على ثقافة الأكل في اليابان وطريقة تقديمها.

كانت تجربة ممتعة ومليئة بالتفاعل! ✨

✨Chicken Teriyaki Don✨

On Tuesday June 16th, Level 5 students learned about one of Japan’s most popular rice bowl dishes: Chicken Teriyaki Don! 🍗✨

This dish combines steamed rice with chicken glazed in the famous teriyaki sauce, known for its delicious balance of sweet and savory flavors. It is a favorite meal for many people in Japan.

Students took part in preparing the dish and assembling the ingredients. We used delicious, locally available ingredients in Egypt, such as chicken, rice, and vegetables like green onions, while learning more about Japanese food culture and traditional ways of serving meals.

It was a fun, interactive, and memorable experience! ✨

اليوكاتا👘
يوم الأحد 14 يونيو، استمتع طلاب المستوى 9 بتجربة ارتداء اليوكاتا، وعاشوا أجواء قريبة من المهرجانات الصيفية اليابانية.
اليوكاتا من أشهر الملابس التقليدية في اليابان، وهو يشبه الكيمونو لكنه أخف وأسهل في اللبس، وعشان كده بيكون اختيار مفضل في الصيف، وناس كتير بتلبسه في المهرجانات الصيفية اليابانية وعروض الألعاب النارية.
الطلاب اتعرفوا على شوية معلومات عن اليوكاتا والمناسبات اللي بيتلبس فيها، واستمتعوا بتجربة لبسه والتقاط صور تذكارية جميلة ✨
وكمان شاركوا في رقصات يابانية تقليدية مختلفة، زي اللي بنشوفها في المهرجانات الصيفية، واستمتعوا بأجواء مليانة حماس وتفاعل 🎶
كانت تجربة لطيفة ومليانة نشاط، وفرصة نتعرف فيها على جانب جديد من الثقافة اليابانية!

Yukata👘
On Sunday June 14th, Level 9 students learned about the Yukata and had the chance to try it on themselves, getting a taste of Japan’s summer festival atmosphere.
The Yukata is one of Japan’s most popular traditional outfits. It is similar to a kimono, but it is lighter and easier to wear, which makes it especially popular during the summer as it is commonly worn at Japanese summer festivals and fireworks events
Students learned about the yukata and the occasions on which it is traditionally worn. They also enjoyed dressing in yukata and taking memorable photos together ✨
In addition, they participated in different traditional Japanese dances often performed at summer festivals, enjoying the lively atmosphere and having lots of fun 🎶
It was a fun and engaging experience and a great way to explore another side of Japanese culture!

اجتمع طلاب دورات مؤسسة اليابان معًا لمشاهدة مباراة مصر والأرجنتين في أجواء مليئة بالحماس والتشجيع. 🇪🇬
كانت فرصة رائعة لنتشارك لحظات ممتعة خارج قاعات الدراسة، ونتبادل الأحاديث، ونستمتع بروح الفريق والرياضة معًا. ⚽️
استمتع الجميع بالمباراة وسط أجواء ودية مليئة بالطاقة والحماس، وكانت مناسبة جميلة لتعزيز روح الصداقة بين الطلاب.

✨أوكونومياكي✨
يوم الاثنين 18 مايو، طلاب المستوى 8 جربوا يعملوا الأوكونومياكي، واحدة من أشهر الأكلات الشعبية المحبوبة في اليابان.
الأوكونومياكي عبارة عن بان كيك ياباني بيتحضر من خليط من الدقيق والبيض والكرنب، وبيتضاف له مكونات مختلفة حسب الرغبة، وبيتزين بالصوص الياباني والمايونيز والطحالب (نوري) المجففة.
كل الطلاب شاركوا في تحضير المكونات وتقليب الخليط وطهي الأوكونومياكي على الطريقة اليابانية. استخدمنا مكونات متنوعة ومحبوبة في مصر زي الجمبري، والسبيط.
وكانت تجربة ممتعة ومليئة بالتفاعل والحماس! ✨

✨Okonomiyaki✨
On Monday May 18th, Level 8 students experienced making Okonomiyaki, one of Japan’s most popular savory dishes.
Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake made with flour, eggs, and cabbage, with various ingredients added based on personal preference. It is usually topped with a special Japanese sauce, mayonnaise, and dried seaweed (Nori) flakes.
Students took part in preparing the ingredients, mixing the batter, and cooking the Okonomiyaki in Japanese style. We used popular ingredients in Egypt such as shrimp and cabbage.
It was a fun and interactive experience full of excitement! ✨

يوم الأربعاء 13 مايو، طلاب المستوى 2 خاضوا تجربة فنية وثقافية مميزة مع فن الخط الياباني التقليدي: شودو.
الـشودو هو فن كتابة الحروف اليابانية باستخدام الفرشاة والحبر، ويعتمد على الدقة، التركيز، والتوازن. كل ضربة فرشاة بتعبر عن إحساس وحالة ذهنية، مش مجرد كتابة 🖌
الطلاب تعلموا أساسيات مسك الفرشاة، طريقة استخدام الحبر، وكيفية كتابة بعض الرموز اليابانية البسيطة. ركزنا على الهدوء والانتباه لكل حركة عشان نطلع بنتائج تعكس الجمال والبساطة في نفس الوقت.
كانت تجربة هادئة، ممتعة، ومليانة تركيز وإبداع، وخلت الطلاب يكتشفوا جانب جديد من الثقافة اليابانية. 🎐

✨Shodō (Japanese Calligraphy) ✨
On Wednesday May 13, Level 2 students experienced a unique cultural and artistic activity: the traditional Japanese art of calligraphy, Shodō
Shodō is the art of writing Japanese characters using brush and ink, focusing on precision, balance, and mindful movement. Each brush stroke expresses feeling and intention, not just written text. 🖌
Students learned the basics of brush handling, ink application, and how to write simple Japanese characters. We focused on calmness and attention to detail to create work that reflects both beauty and simplicity.
It was a peaceful, engaging, and creative experience that introduced students to a deeper side of Japanese culture.🎐

يوم الثلاثاء 12 مايو، طلاب المستوى 7 جربوا يعملوا تشيكن تيرياكي دون، واحدة من الأكلات اليابانية الشهيرة اللي بتتميز بطعمها اللذيذ والمتوازن 🍚🍗

التشيكن تيرياكي دون عبارة عن رز بيتقدم عليه فراخ بصوص التيرياكي الغني اللي بيجمع بين الطعم الحلو وحادق بطريقة مميزة. وغالبا بيتقدم مع خضار بيضيف نكهة وشكل جميل للطبق.

كل الطلاب شاركوا في تجهيز المكونات وتحضير صوص التيرياكي وطهي الفراخ. استخدمنا مكونات لذيذة ومتوفرة في مصر زي الفراخ، والرز، الخضار زي البصل الأخضر وغيره.

كانت تجربة ممتعة ومليئة بالتفاعل!

On Tuesday May 12th, Level 7 students experienced making Chicken Teriyaki Don, one of the famous Japanese dishes known for its delicious and well-balanced flavor 🍚🍗

Chicken Teriyaki Don is a delicious Japanese rice bowl topped with chicken cooked in rich teriyaki sauce, known for its perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. It is often served with vegetables that complement the dish beautifully.

Students took part in preparing the ingredients, making the teriyaki sauce and cooking the chicken. We used ingredients that are popular and easy to find in Egypt, such as chicken, rice and vegetables such as green onions.

It was a fun and interactive experience!
