تفنيد الأوهام :
١. التمركز في بقعة جغرافية
من المنطقي أن تترك كل حضارة أثارها في البقعة الجغرافية التي نشأت بها، فلا يعقل أن يدعي أي شعب في بقعة ما أنه بنى حضارة شعب آخر وهو يفتقر الى الآثار الدالة على ذلك في بقعته التي يقطن بها.
٢. الآثار اللغوية
كل حضارة تترك أثارها اللغوية على ألسنة شعبها، وهو موضوع جلي من الدراسات التي حصرت عشرات الآلاف من الكلمات المتوارثة من الحضارة المصرية من أول أحمد كمال باشا وحتى سامح مقار في موسوعة (أصل الألفاظ العامية من اللغة المصرية القديمة)، ٣ أجزاء، نشر هيئة الكتاب، بالإضافة لمؤلف من جزأين (اللهجة العامية وجذورها المصرية)، نشر مدبولي، ومؤلفات أخرى تخدم نفس الهدف. ولأن الآنسة فارتان عاشقة لمصر والمصريين ذكرت لي بعض المفردات التي قالت أنها لا توجد بالشام وتتفرد بها مصر، منها شنة ورنة، محسوك، مدهول، مدوحس، سنة سوخة، يعمر الطاسة، يادالعادي، إلخ.
٣. أثار لغوية لأسماء الأماكن
من الآثار المهمة، آثار أسماء الأماكن المصرية التي مازالت تحتفظ بالإسم المصري القديم بما له من مدلول عن نشأة التاريخ المصري في تلك الأماكن بطول مصر وعرضها من مدن وقرى، مثال "دمنهور" من "دمي ن هور" بمعنى (مدينة حورس)، و"بنها" من "با نهت" بمعنى (المنتمي للجميزة)، و"باصونة" بمعنى (بيت العلم) إلخ .. أي أن كل موقع يحكي جزء من تاريخ الحضارة، ولكاتب السطور مؤلف من جزأين يحتوي على مئات المدن التي لازالت تحمل أسماء مصرية قديمة (أصل أسماء البلاد من لغة الأجداد)، نشر دار الشواهين.
٤. الأعياد
لاشك أن تفرد مصر بأعياد معينة أثبتت الأبحاث أن مصدرها مصر القديمة يوضح أن أصحاب تلك الأعياد هم أصحاب حضارتها، مثال على ذلك عيد شم النسيم وما يتبعه من مظاهر في الأكلات كالفسيخ والرنجة والبيض والملانة إلخ. وبالطبع يمكن الحديث عن العادات والتقاليد المصرية الفريدة المرافقة للأعياد والمناسبات المختلفة كنقطة إضافية يطول الحديث عنها.
٥. الألعاب
تفرد المصريين بألعاب معينة متوارثة من الجدود تثبت بما لا يدع مجالا للشك أننا الأحفاد الشرعيين لقدماء المصريين، وكما ذكرت لي الباحثة فارتان أن لعبة التحطيب بالذات هي حكر على المصريين ولا تجد لها مثيل في الدول العربية أو الأفريقية، ناهيك عن باقي الألعاب مثل "كيك على عالي"، "شد الحبل"، إلخ.
٦. الزي الرجالي والنسائي
لمن درس الأزياء في مصر القديمة، سيجد أن أثاره مازالت باقية بشكل حصري عند المصريين دون سائر الشعوب. بل إن الماكياج المصري والعطور بدأت من مصر بداية من الكحل والاي لاينر، والاي شادو والبواريك، إلخ. بالاضافة للتزين بالعقود والأساور والحلقان والخواتم، وكلها مواضيع محسومة وبها مؤلفات كثيرة.
٧. سلوك الشخصية الموروث
المتأمل في طبيعة شخصية الإنسان المصري سيجد كثير من الموروثات في سلوكها، منها السماحة مع العشق الغامر لأرضه ونيله وقهر الأعداء، كما يمتاز المصري بحبه للملكية وفخامة المسكن، كما ورث خفة الظل والشجن في آن واحد، والكثير من الصفات الشخصية التي يطول سردها.
٨. وراثة الملامح
تذكر الآنسة فارتان أنها تستطيع بسهولة (بصفتها طرف محايد) أن ترى التطابق المذهل بين ملامح المصري المعاصرة وملامح جدوده المتاحة في الجداريات والتماثيل. وترى ذلك بصفة خاصة في تقاطيع الوجه من أنف وعيون، ولون البشرة بصفة عامة.
٩. المطبخ المصري
يتفرد المطبخ المصري بأكلات فريدة موروثة من الجدود، مثل "المدمس"، "البصارة"، وهي أكلات لازالت تحتفظ بالإسم المصري، ف "بصارة" تعني (فول مطبوخ)، و "فول مدمس" يعني (فول مطمور)، و"فلافل" تعني (كثير الفول)، .. الخ.
١٠ . الرموز المستوحاة من مصر القديمة
ترى الآنسة فارتان أن جيشنا المصري العظيم قد أستوحى بعض رموزه من مصر القديمة، مثل العلم المصري بألوان خطوطه الحمراء والبيضاء والسوداء، وترى أن تمثال حورس حارس الملك خفرع الذي وضعت منه نسخة بمسرح الحرس الجمهوري له دلالة رمزية مهمة. كما ترى أن عين حورس ترمز لأجهزة الدولة الحارسة لأمان الوطن، وتدل هذه التماثيل - كما ترى - على الامتداد التاريخي وهمزة الوصل بين تاريخ مصر القديم وتاريخها الحديث، فشجاعة وقوة الأحفاد مستمدة من بعد الله من شجاعة وقوة الأجداد.
والواقع أن النقاط العشر السابقة، ما هي الا مجرد مثال لما يمكن ذكره من عشرات النقاط الأخرى، مثل التحليل الجيني، والألحان القبطية الباقية، إلخ والحديث يطول ... حفظ الله مصرنا الحبيبة والمصريين على مر الدهور 🇪🇬🇪🇬❤

Refuting the Myths:
1. Geographic Concentration
It is only logical that every civilization leaves its monumental footprint within the geographical boundaries where it emerged. It is entirely inconceivable for a population in one region to claim they built the civilization of another, while completely lacking any supporting archaeological evidence within their own homeland.
2. Linguistic Legacy
Every civilization leaves an indelible linguistic imprint on the tongues of its people. This is vividly demonstrated by extensive studies that have cataloged tens of thousands of colloquial words inherited from the ancient Egyptian civilization. This scholarly effort spans from Ahmed Kamal Pasha to Sameh Moqar’s 3-volume encyclopedia, *"The Origin of Colloquial Terms from the Ancient Egyptian Language"* (published by the Egyptian General Book Authority), alongside his 2-volume work, *"The Colloquial Dialect and its Egyptian Roots"* (published by Madbouli), among other publications dedicated to the same cause. Driven by her deep admiration for Egypt and its people, Ms. Vartan highlighted several unique idioms exclusive to Egypt and absent from the Levant, such as: *Shanna wa Ranna* (renowned), *Mahsouk* (meticulous/fussy), *Madbool* (disheveled), *Modawhas* (infected/swollen), *Sana Sokhda* (unfortunate year), *Ye'ammar el-Tasa* (clear one's head), *Ya Dal'adi*, etc.
3. Linguistic Imprints on Toponyms (Place Names)
A vital piece of evidence lies in Egyptian toponyms that still retain their ancient Egyptian names, carrying profound historical meaning about the origins of Egyptian history across the length and breadth of the country. For instance, **Damanhour** derives from *Dmi-n-Hor* (City of Horus); **Benha** comes from *Pa-nahet* (Belonging to the Sycamore Tree); and **Basona** means (The House of Knowledge), etc. Thus, every single site narrates a chapter of our civilization. The author has dedicated a 2-volume book containing hundreds of towns that still bear ancient Egyptian names, titled *"The Origin of Country Names from the Language of the Ancestors"* (published by Dar Al-Shawahin).
4. Festivals and Celebrations
Egypt’s exclusivity in celebrating specific festivals—which research has definitively traced back to Ancient Egypt—clearly demonstrates that those who observe these traditions are the true inheritors of its civilization. A prime example is the **Sham El-Nessim** festival, with its enduring culinary customs such as eating *Fesikh* (salted fish), herring, colored eggs, green chickpeas (*Malana*), etc. Naturally, the unique Egyptian customs and traditions accompanying various feasts and occasions form an extensive topic that warrants its own lengthy discussion.
5. Traditional Games
The exclusivity of certain games passed down through generations proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that we are the legitimate descendants of the ancient Egyptians. As Researcher Christina Vartan pointed out to me, **Tahtib** (stick-fencing) in particular is entirely unique to Egyptians, with no equivalent in other Arab or African countries. This is not to mention other traditional games like *Keik 'Ala 'Ali* (high-jump tag), *Shadd El-Habl* (Tug of War), and many others.
6. Men's and Women's Attire
Anyone who studies fashion in Ancient Egypt will find that its remnants survive exclusively among modern Egyptians. In fact, Egyptian cosmetics and perfumes originated right here, starting with kohl, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and wigs. This is addition to personal adornments like necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings—all of which are historically settled facts documented in numerous volumes.
7. Inherited Behavioral Traits
A close observation of the Egyptian persona reveals deep-seated heritage in behavioral traits. These include a tolerant nature paired with an overwhelming devotion to their land and the Nile, and a fierce resilience against enemies. The Egyptian is also characterized by a love for ownership and grand dwellings, inheriting a unique blend of lighthearted wit (*Khefat Dam*) and deep emotional melancholy (*Shagan*) simultaneously, among many other traits.
8. Inheritance of Physical Features
Ms. Vartan notes that, as a neutral observer, she can easily discern the striking resemblance between contemporary Egyptian facial features and those of their ancestors depicted on temple murals and statues. This is particularly evident in facial structures, specifically the nose, eyes, and overall skin tone.
9. Egyptian Cuisine
The Egyptian kitchen is distinguished by unique dishes inherited from our ancestors, such as *Medames* (fava beans) and *Bissara*, both of which still retain their ancient Egyptian names. *Bissara* translates to (cooked beans), *Foul Medames* means (buried/slow-cooked beans), and *Falafel* means (abundant beans), among others.
10. Symbols Inspired by Ancient Egypt
Ms. Vartan observes that our great Egyptian army has drawn some of its symbolism from Ancient Egypt, pointing to the Egyptian flag with its red, white, and black stripes. She also notes the profound symbolic significance of the statue of Horus protecting King Khafre, a replica of which is placed at the Republican Guard Theater. Furthermore, she views the Eye of Horus as a symbol of the state institutions guarding the nation's security. These symbols, in her view, represent a historical continuum and a bridge linking Egypt's ancient past with its modern history; the courage and strength of the descendants are—by the grace of God—directly drawn from the courage and strength of the ancestors.

In reality, these ten points are merely a snapshot of dozens of other arguments that could be made, such as genetic analysis, surviving Coptic musical hymns, and much more.
