We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our STEAM training initiatives. This is a full-time position requiring strong leadership, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee the successful delivery of STEAM training programs
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with trainers, clients, and internal teams to align project goals with organizational objectives
Develop strategies to enhance the impact and scalability of training initiatives
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective measures as needed
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in training project management
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the training or education sector
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
Strong understanding of STEAM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate remote teams effectively
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar platforms)
Residency in Giza, Egypt is preferred
