من أجواء الورشة الخامسة ضمن برنامج المدربين المصريين في إطار برنامج يونيك للإقامة الفنية وبناء القدرات 2026، الذي أطلقه اتحاد المعاهد الثقافية الأوروبية في مصر (EUNIC Egypt)، وتنفذه وصلة للفنون ✨

على مدار أيام الورشة، شارك المتدربون في ورشة «إدارة وإنتاج العروض المسرحية» مع مرام عبد المقصود، حيث جمعت الجلسات بين النقاشات التفاعلية والتطبيقات العملية، وأتاحت مساحة لتبادل الخبرات والرؤى حول مختلف جوانب العمل المسرحي، واستكشاف التحديات والفرص المرتبطة بإدارة وإنتاج العروض الحية داخل السياقات الثقافية والفنية المختلفة.

أُقيمت الورشة في معهد جوته – القاهرة / التحرير وجمعية النهضة العلمية و الثقافية - جزويت القاهرة.

From the fifth workshop of the Egyptian Trainers Program within the EUNIC Art Residency & Capacity Building Program 2026, launched by EUNIC Egypt and implemented by Wasla for Arts ✨

Throughout the workshop “Theatre Production and Management,” led by Maram Abdel Maqsoud, participants engaged in a dynamic learning experience that combined interactive discussions and practical exercises. The sessions encouraged the exchange of experiences and perspectives while exploring the opportunities and challenges involved in managing and producing live performances across different cultural and artistic contexts.

The workshop was held at Goethe-Institut Kairo – Tahrir and El Nahda Association For Scientific & Cultural Renaissance - Jesuit Cairo.

اختتام الورشة الخامسة ضمن برنامج المدربين المصريين في إطار برنامج يونيك للإقامة الفنية وبناء القدرات 2026، الذي يطلقه اتحاد المعاهد الثقافية الأوروبية في مصر (EUNIC Egypt)، وتنفذه وصلة للفنون ✨

على مدار أيام من التعلّم والتطبيق العملي، قدّمت مرام عبد المقصود ورشة «إدارة وإنتاج العروض المسرحية»، حيث استكشف المشاركون أسس إدارة وإنتاج العروض الحية، وآليات التنسيق بين الفرق الفنية والتقنية، إلى جانب تنظيم سير العمل داخل المساحات الثقافية والمسرحية، من خلال تجربة جمعت بين المعرفة النظرية والممارسة العملية.

أُقيمت الورشة في معهد جوته – القاهرة / التحرير وجمعية النهضة العلمية و الثقافية - جزويت القاهرة.

من اليوم الثالث للورشة الرابعة ضمن برنامج المدربين المصريين في إطار برنامج يونيك للإقامة الفنية وبناء القدرات 2026، الذي يطلقه اتحاد المعاهد الثقافية الأوروبية في مصر (EUNIC Egypt)، وتنفذه وصلة للفنون ✨

بقيادة مصطفى محمد وإيزابيلا بوماريتو، واصلت الورشة استكشاف آليات كتابة المقترحات وجمع التمويل للفنون الأدائية، حيث ركّزت جلسات اليوم الثالث على استراتيجيات بناء الشراكات وتنويع مصادر التمويل، إلى جانب تبادل الخبرات حول تطوير نماذج أكثر استدامة للمشاريع والمبادرات الثقافية.

أُقيمت الجلسة في مركز دوار للفنون والتنمية.

Highlights from Day 3 of the fourth workshop of the Egyptian Trainers Program within the EUNIC Art Residency & Capacity Building Program 2026, launched by EUNIC Egypt and implemented by Wasla for Arts ✨

Led by Mostafa Mohamed and Isabella Bommarito, the workshop continued to explore proposal writing and fundraising for performing arts. Day 3 focused on partnership development, funding strategies, and the exchange of practical experiences around building more sustainable models for cultural and artistic initiatives.

The session was held at Dawar Arts and Development Center.

على مدار ثلاثة أيام من التعلّم وتبادل الخبرات، قدّم مصطفى محمد وإيزابيلا بوماريتو ورشة «كتابة المقترحات وجمع التمويل للفنون الأدائية»، حيث تعرّف المشاركون على أسس تطوير المقترحات الفنية وصياغتها، واستكشفوا استراتيجيات جمع التمويل وبناء الشراكات، بما يدعم استدامة المشاريع والمبادرات في قطاع الفنون الأدائية.
