هدف الورشة: فرصة للتواصل والاكتشاف والتعبير عن طريق الألعاب المسرحية.
الأدوات المستخدمة:
تمارين للتعارف وبناء ديناميكية آمنة ومريحة بين المشاركين.
تمارين التنفس والاسترخاء.
تمرين احماء جسدي وصوتي.
تمارين للعمل علي الحضور والتركيز.
تمارين لزيادة الوعي بالنفس والآخر والمساحة.

عن الميسرة:
كارول عقاد ممثلة، راقصة ومؤدية ارتجال. في يناير 2020 تخرجت من مدرسة القاهرة للرقص المعاصر من برنامج الدوام الكامل لمدة 3 سنوات. أثناء الدراسة شاركت في عرضين من انتاج المركز، "هوب اون مون اي" اخراج نيكولا كانتيون و " سنعود لملاحقة الجميع". اخراج أمينة ابو الغار وقامت بإخراج مع زميلها أحمد مالك عرض " ذاك ذاك اليوم".
اشتركت كارول في مسرحية تاء ساكنة مع إخراج ندي ثابت التي تم عرضها في لبنان والبحرين والمغرب. كارول شاركت في كتابة وأداء ثلاثة عروض حكي مع فرقة دوم حكي من إخراج دكتور سحر الموجي. كما شاركت في عروض شارع مثل "زقزقة العصافير" ضمن برنامج دي كاف.
كارول عضوة منذ ثلاث سنوات في فريق دوار لمسرح إعادة التمثيل وتشارك في عروض ارتجال تفاعلي بانتظام.
شاركت في فيلم "سعاد" اخراج آيتن أمين الذي تم اختياره في المسابقة الرسمية لمهرجان كان 2020.

Purpose of the workshop: an opportunity to connect, explore and express through theatrical games.
Tools used:
- exercises to break the ice and build a friendly and safe group dynamic.
- introduction to breathing and relaxation exercises.
- physical and vocal warm-ups.
- exercises to work on the presence and concentration.
- exercise to raise the awareness of oneself, of the group, and of the space.

About the facilitator:
Carol Ackad is an actor, dancer and improvisation artist. In January 2020, she graduated from three years full-time professional contemporary dance program at the Cairo Contemporary Dance Center. Her theatrical work included her participation in two dance productions of the CCDC, Hoop Oh Mon Ay directed by Nicolas Cantillon and We are coming back after everybody directed by Amina Abou el Ghar and co-wrote and directed and performed a third theatrical performance “On this day” along with her colleague Ahmed Malek.
Carol has participated in the play “ta’ sakenah” by Nada Sabet and toured in Bahrein, Lebanon and Morocco. She co-wrote and acted in three storytelling performances presented by Doum storytelling troupe directed by Dr. Sahar el Mougy. She also participated in a street performance “Bird’s murmuration” by Stopgap, Uk as part of D-CAF festival and Uncovered en masse by Zosia Jo.
She has participated in many short movies and took part in Ayten Amin’s latest movie “Soad” selected for Cannes 2020.
