Open Call for Summer 2025 Residency
Ideal for those looking for a serene, rural setting with the freedom to develop new projects or push the boundaries of their current practice.
Location: Vaskjala village, Rae Parish, Harju County, Estonia
Residency Duration: Between 2 weeks and 2 months, available from May to September 2025
Application Deadline: March 28, 2025
Eligibility: Open to all artists.
Applicants must be able to cover their own travel and living expenses.
Accommodation & Facilities:
- Private bedroom
- Shared kitchen and studio space
- Access to a photography darkroom, printing press, and piano
Cost: No fee.

Copper Leg Art Residency
is a creative environment located in Vaskjala village, Rae municipality, Harju county, Estonia.
Managed by the Cultural Centre of Rae, the residency provides residents with accommodation and workspace, supports them in organizing public events, exhibitions, concerts, performances, workshops, and cultural gathering.
Copper Leg Residency welcomed its first artists in early 2018 through an open call and has since been a creative home to over a hundred artists from around the world.
