ITA - TEMPO DI SCALDARE I MOTORI...DI NUOVO
Ciao a tutti e scusate per il lungo silenzio. Ci ha fatto molto piacere ricevere i vostri messaggi di interesse e supporto in questi mesi difficili. Dalla presentazione al festival di Venezia sono successe molte cose che ci hanno fatto perdere energia e il senso di tutto quanto fatto. In primis la scomparsa, inaspettata, di un'amica e importante compagna di viaggio. In seguito la situazione derivante dalla pandemia in corso. Non è un periodo facile per parlare di cinema, viaggi, condivisioni, cultura, rapporti umani. Ci siamo chiusi per qualche mese a metabolizzare tutta la situazione rimettendo mano anche al film per giungere ad una nuova versione del film che sarà quella finale che verrà distribuita a partire dalle prossime settimane nei festival internazionali (o in quello che resta di loro...). I film, purtroppo, invecchiano velocemente e hanno bisogno di viaggiare indipendentemente dalla situazione che si trovano a dovere affrontare. Sarà triste non potere incontrare pubblico, colleghi e amici di persona ancora per molto ma vi terremo aggiornati sulle evoluzioni del progetto. Confidando che presto ci si possa ritrovare di persona nel buio di una sala, tutti insieme. Come dovrebbe essere.

ENG - TIME TO WARM UP THE ENGINES ... AGAIN
Hello everyone and sorry for the long silence. We would like to thank you, first of all, for your messages in these difficult months. Since the presentation at the Venice Film Festival, many crazy things have happened. We can't lie, they had a huge impact on our overall energies and we started to doubt a bit even about the sense of making films. First of all, the unexpected loss of a dear friend and important travel companion. After that the global situation resulting from the pandemic. It is not an easy time for talking about cinema, travels, sharing, culture, human relationships. We took a break for a few months to metabolize the whole situation. We then decided to rework a bit the editing of film to reach a slightly shorter version that will represent our final cut. Within the next weeks will start the distribution in international festivals (or in what remains of them ... ). Unfortunately, films age quickly and cannot wait forever for better times. It will be sad not to be able to meet the audience, colleagues and friends in person during this journey but we will keep you updated on the evolution of the project. We still hope and believe that soon we will be able to meet in person in the darkness of a movie theater, all together. As it should be.
