A few years ago, I took a camera from my parents that we'd had for over a decade. It was a film camera that my parents used to capture memories from my early childhood, of me and my sister growing up.

The camera is still working and has seen many things, but now I use it from time to time to take pictures of pleasant moments for me. Something to remember.

There are 36 frames on the film. That's often enough for half a year or even longer. During that time you forget what you've taken and when you get the film developed it's like when you were a kid and you don't know what's inside.

I received the film and for at least an hour I was drowning in delight, happiness, amazement and indescribable joy.

This is the third film I've taken, but the photos are the best.
And I want to share these beautiful moments with you

Zen.

My mind's processes have been paralyzed. Stasis brought by conflagration of anxiety. Presently, the desolation it left inhibits any decent idea I wish to transmit. Such platitude.

The miasma of my depression is rather patronising, yet there is more logos to be found in this state in lieu of my idiosyncratic suffering.

Among the bitterness and anger an earnest and unparalled calm emerged.

I do not need to prove myself. My journey is merely an experience, not a test.

I do not have to smile and approve of you facetious jokes. I exercise my right to be sad, regardless of how uncomfortable it makes you feel.

I wish my learning could lift me from his flesh-world into something greater. At least, I realise the agonising flesh confinement is abundant in our species. I am not special and I am not alone.

I am unperturbed. I am content.
