Satumaa is expanding – and so is our team! We're opening a new, larger location and are now looking for:
🍸 Experienced Bartenders & Bar Manager
We're looking for skilled, confident bartenders who can handle a fast-paced environment and deliver great service with a smile.
What we offer:
✔ Shifts ranging from weekdays to weekends
✔ Working hours between 15:00 and 05:00
✔ A lively atmosphere with karaoke, events, and good vibes
✔ A team that values professionalism, but knows how to have fun
What we’re looking for:
✅ Previous bartending experience required
✅ Finnish language is a plus – but English is perfectly fine
✅ Great customer service skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure
✅ A positive, team-oriented attitude
Requirements:
✔ Basic English or Finnish skills
✔ Responsible and punctual
✔ Good communication and people skills
✔ Calm under pressure and able to handle nightlife crowds
✔ Flexible availability for a variety of shifts between 15:00 and 05:00
