Look, we don’t want to beat around the bush and just be honest—we ✨still✨ really like padel. And somehow, we’re not alone.

Every couple of months, we host a friendly TalentHub padel tournament with our closest partners to get everyone away from Slack for a bit. Also, a court turns out to be a great place to get to know the people in our community a little bit more.

Plot twist: the person building your hiring pipeline is also one of the fastest swimmers in his age group in Europe.

Our colleague Hanno spent July at the Gay Games in Valencia and came home with three golds and a silver. Then, at the Masters European Championships, he picked up a bronze and a fifth place.

We couldn’t be more proud, Hanno, and huge congratulations from our entire team. 🏆🏊

TalentHub summer days, Vilnius edition. ☀️

This past weekend, we had the whole TalentHub crew in one city for a personality workshop in nature, a pizza workshop, a proper tour of Vilnius and some VR games. Plus everything in between, including the jokes we’ll be quoting back to each other for the rest of the year 🤭 We had too much fun, and literally no one wanted to leave.

We’ve just wrapped up Day 2 at with a celebration 🎉 Our TalentHub Magnetic Talent Award, worth €3,000 in training and talent consultancy, went to .fpv. Congrats to the team and all other participants!

And as for overall, this year topped all the previous ones. Huge credit to the organising team for pulling together such a fantastic event 💚 See you again next year!
