The WORKSHOP
Slowing down and deep liberation through movement. This in-depth workshop is for anyone, who values soft movement and dance as a path to self-understanding. A way to open personal limits and deeply connect with the inner Center, own body, emotions and mind. Practice of Sacral dance is reconnecting you to your inner Source of balance, calmness, joy and silence.

We invite you to pause and take a time-out from daily worries. Sacral Dance will help you to get out of an ordinary daily functioning state and get a stable, rooted and calmed state of mind and body.
Through Sacral Dance movement you will:
- discover your Center and axis, that nothing can shake,
- regain confidence and stability,
- refill body and mind with energy and power,
- relax deeply,
- experience deep connection between body and mind
- become more attentive, conscious.
Sacral dance practice is based on Gurdjieff sacred dances, rooted in Sufi practices, and Samara Yoga meditative practices. Sacral dances are a combination of slow movement and awareness of emotions and body. Practice includes Meditation, Slow movement and Gurdjieff sacral dances.
The workshop consist of entrance meditation, soft stretching movements for preparing the body, combination of soft and dynamic exercises, archetype movements and shapes, and Sacral dance. Ended with deep relaxation. Deep transformative journey is accompanied with beautiful Music and Silence. Warmth and respect to the physical boundaries of the body.
TEACHER
Julija Melnik (Lithuania, France)
Julija has been teaching different dance and movement practices for the last 20 years. She is a teacher of Contact improvisation, Contact Tango, Sacral Dance, Samara Yoga and Chinese energy practice Lou Yong Tao To Qi. Her approach includes an in-depth combination of different movement methods and techniques. She invites transformation, liberation and lightness through the dance.
LANGUAGE
