Integral part of Body-Mind Centering® training at Somaatikum is nature – breathing, being, moving and learning with the more-than-human kin. Being closer to the living world supports the experience of our own liveliness and our felt understanding of co-existence. And.. well.. the views ain’t bad either!🌻🦋 At the backdrop you can see our main studio hall, just a 1 min walk from the communal house.

Summers at Somaatikum are always special in their own right but this summer was especially unique for it was the *first* time our team held the Somatic Movement Educator certification courses and SME Graduation Ceremony. Congratulations to our four new amazing Somatic Movement Educators – we cheer you on endlessly! It has been our joy and privilege to experience and study alongside you:
