Les presentamos a / video-artista invitada estas semanas a convivir con las mujeres de Sacha Wasi y en la residencia de investigación ‘Women at work’ 🌿

Belén Alvarado (1999), Cuenca, Ecuador. Estudió la Carrera de Cine en la Universidad de Cuenca. Su trabajo está enfocado en la intervención fotográfica, así mismo el juego de la memoria en la imagen.

Ha realizado varios cortometrajes como “Adivinación” (2025) “por si me pierdo y crepito en polvo” (2022), que fue proyectado en festivales como EDOC Encuentros del Otro Cine 22, 7ma edición del Festival Internacional de Cine Contemporáneo Cámara Lúcida, 8vo Festival de Cine Etnográfico del Ecuador y la 3era edición del Festival Itinerante de Cine Latinoamericano Atemporal. Y “una ventana con vista al mar” (2021), que fue proyectado en el II Festival de Artes Visuales de Imbabura.
