DanceFit Family! Check out this awesome campaign by the Dominica Health & Wellness Association.

!!!COMING SOON!!! 30 Days to increased wellness!

The Dominica Health & Wellness Association (DHWA) and the Dominica Association of Industry and Commerce (DAIC) are collaborating on a health and wellness campaign for the month of September to support all citizens and residents of Dominica in boosting their immune systems. This campaign will be held from September 1-30, 2021 as the partners contribution to Caribbean Wellness Month.

Join the three challenges as part of this campaign targeting: Food, Fitness and Mindset in efforts to increase wellness in 30 days and build habits that continue as a lifestyle long after. By incorporating these simple actions into our lifestyle, we will build healthier bodies to withstand the impact of Covid as well as reduce non-communicable diseases and enjoy all the other benefits of a healthy life.
