A huge thank you to all our amazing speakers at this year’s CAVE conference!

Each talk brought a unique perspective, yet a common thread ran through them all: the importance of iteration and collaboration in creating great games.

Our final speaker for CAVE 2025 is confirmed - welcome back, Isis Sousa! After missing last year’s event, we’re especially excited to finally see her take the stage this year.

Isis’ talk will be about “Simple ways to concept and test complex ideas”, where we will see some examples of quick iterative methods for Ideation and validation of concepts, from the use of effective moodboards, simple thumbnails and 3D primitives to whiteboxing.

Isis is an Art Director at Supermassive Games, specializing in horror and dark titles. With over two decades of experience, and having passed through multiple industries such as music, books, games and themed entertainment and various roles; from graphic designer, to fine illustrator to concept artist and lecturer, she’s gathered a variety of skills and experience that serve her current role.

Isis is always open to keep learning with her team and industry peers in order to keep growing. She has learned so much of what she knows today through the IAMAG website and Master Classes, as well as Schoolism courses, books and life/work experiences and other fellow artists.
