SHOOT FOOTBALL FILM FESTIVAL LUKKER
Vi har gennem længere tid prøvet at skabe en større økonomi for at konsolidere og udvikle Shoot. Det er ikke gået, som håbet. Vi kunne ikke finansiere den festival, vi gerne vil lave. Derfor lukker foreningen.
Shoot begyndte i 2016. Der har naturligvis været svære perioder, men det har først og fremmest været sjovt. Fodbolden fungerer virkelig godt som indgang til at fortælle både store og små historier fra verden omkring os. Vi er godt tilfreds med den festival, vi har skabt. Og så har vi mødt en masse fantastiske mennesker undervejs.
Tak til alle gæster, som har givet Shoot liv ved at besøge festivalen!
Tak til de mange filmskabere, som har lavet nogle fantastiske film. Tak til alle de oplægsholdere, som har sat festivalens film ind i en sammenhæng og gjort os klogere. Tak til alle, som har brugt mange, mange timer på at få Shoot op at stå. Tak for støtten fra DFI, Nordea-fonden, DBU København, DBU Jylland. Tak til Husets Biograf. Tak til Øst For Paradis. Tak til ArtCinema4. Tak til Vester Vov Vov.
Tak til de andre fodboldfilmfestivaler – 11mm i Berlin, CINEfoot i Rio de Janeiro, Thinking Football i Bilbao, Minuto 90’ i Peru, Festigol i Chile, Fussballlichtspiele i St. Gallen, Fotbal Je Film i Prag, Kicking + Screening Soccer Film Festival i New York og mange flere.
En særlig tanke sendes til Jørgen Springborg og Bernd Knappmann, som ikke er her mere.

SHOOT FOOTBALL FILM FESTIVAL IS SHUTTING DOWN
Over the past few years we have tried to improve our economic foundation to consolidate and develop Shoot. But it has not turned out as had hoped. We can’t finance the sort of festival we want to make and we must accept that. So Shoot will be closing. It is time to move on.
Football works very well as a reflection of the world around us, and we are happy with the festival we have created. Shoot started in 2016. And we have met some fantastic people along the way.
A big thank you to all our guests, who have been the heart and soul of Shoot!
