For some, music is performance. For others, it is emotion, understanding, feeling.

Listen in as Maria Badstue shares what music has meant to her—how it helps her feel, interpret, and express what words often cannot.

The piece that follows, Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2, carries a story of its own—rooted in the composer’s journey, and brought to life through the orchestra.

Different stories. One shared language.

Powered by collaboration, built through partnership.

INDK Symphonic Collaboration brings together leading institutions, artists, and emerging talent from Denmark and India—creating a platform where music becomes a shared space for exchange and performance.

Since its relaunch, the initiative has delivered multiple projects across Mumbai, working closely with organisations such as the Symphony Orchestra of India, the National Centre for the Performing Arts, and leading Danish academies and cultural bodies.

With the support of public institutions and foundations, this growing network continues to enable meaningful artistic collaboration across borders.

A collective effort—on and off the stage.
