Hele tre tidligere vindere af Kappelborgs Talentpris deltager i årets Opera Masterclass på Kappelborg: Ian Marcus Bjørsvik, Louise Engeseth og Christina Jønsi.
Alle tre kan du høre til finalekoncerten i Skagen Kirke i morgen lørdag aften, sammen med de øvrige 14 unge sangtalenter.
Programmet byder på alt fra Mozart til Verdi.
Det bliver en smuk aften!

Sidste års vinder var den norske mezzosopran Christina Jønsi.

Do not forget: The deadline to apply for SKAGEN INTERNATIONAL OPERA MASTERCLASS 2025 is June 1st.

The Opera Masterclass this year is August 10th - August 17th.

Kappelborg hosts Skagen International Opera Masterclass for the 7th time, and we look forward to enjoying a week filled with beautiful voices!
As usual we look forward to welcoming Susanna Eken and Anne Margrethe Dahl as the main teachers of the masterclass. They will through their individual experience and unique collaboration, explore methods of working with classical song literature. Based on an individual analysis of each singer’s level, characteristics and possibilities the lessons will include mental focus, vocal techniques, text analysis, role analysis with the goal of achieving the highest level of communication from the stage.
Special guest teacher this year is international singer and baryton Audun Iversen.

De unge talenter, de dygtige undervisere og pianisterne har nu været igang i flere dage og forbereder sig på den store afslutningskoncert i Skagen Kirke på lørdag. Men allerede i eftermiddag kan du være med til en Open Lecture (foredrag) kl. 14.30 på Kulturhus Kappelborg.

We are now approaching the deadline for registration for the Skagen International Opera Masterclass on 11-18. August 2024, which is 1. june
Again this year the two teachers Eken and Margrethe Dahl offer singing lessons. You will also meet the three renowned pianists and singing coaches Westergaard, Wilkman and Darelius at the course.
Also meet this year's external guest, opera singer and director of opera at the Norwegian Opera, Stene, who holds masterclasses and participates in the teaching
