hey guys n´girls n´anything you want to be... As i told some of you last week I would love to give a workshop in contact impro today at åben træning - i miss doing this and would like to explore wheter this could be useful techniques for u people to use in developing acts and other material. We will start at 16:45 and go on for an hour or so... anybody is welcome to join, well take it from scratch and start out with an introduction to basic techniques i.e. lifts, throws, falling, catching, groundwork and if there is time ind the end playing around with this stuff a bit. and then we´ll see where that takes us and whether it could be fun to do it again another monday... looking forward - Rune

We are Sónia Matos and Stijntje de Boeck, Two circus artists and Handstand Coaches 🙃

We start a Course on 18th March at Dynamo - Workspace for circus & performing arts, over 10 weeks with 2 hours of teaching, one time a week.
Every Saturday from 11h-13h.

All the levels are accepted 💥

Come with a lot of good energy and will to learn hand balancing 🤸

The price is 1500kr for the 10 x 2 hours.

Vi starter et Kursus den 18.Marts, på Dynamo - Workspace for circus & performing arts, over 10 uger med 2 timers undervisning, en gang per uge.
Hver Lørdag fra kl 11 til 13.

Alle niveauer er accepteret 💥

Har du også glædet dig til begynde/genstarte/fortsætte med at træne akro-yoga, luftakrobatik, stå på hænder og danse i 2023? Så kom til årets første åbne træning på mandag den 9. januar fra 16:00 - 20:00. Det foregår, som altid, på Dynamo Workspace, Finlandkaj 6.
