FRAMING A STYLE
Get a glimpse into the thinking behind the moodboard for the process of transforming a house, where each room will tell its own story through a carefully curated mix of new and old signatures.

The intention is to honor the past: preserving what matters while creating space for new chapters to unfold.

Rather than filling the space with an abundance of furniture, the design will for each room be defined by artistic objects, simple handcrafted elements, emotive colors, and considered spatial interventions.

Functional features become focal points, like bespoke, sculptural radiator covers that transform necessity into a statement.

A CONCEPT
Spaces are not only visual and functional, they are emotional and should reflect identity.
This is where atmosphere begins: history, design, color, form, and tactility, all guided by a clear creative direction.
A composition of contrasts: soft and structured, light and depth, presence and silence.
Natural and botanical elements are integrated into the space, bringing a quiet sense of life in balance, just like a carefully curated, sensory, and colorful flower bouquet.

Spring is coming.
March is fascinating, the gates are about to open.
Very little is in sprout, yet the field is open to what is becoming beneath the surface.
It’s the moment just before we let the horses out to pasture.

Vintage depth and heritage textures balanced with modern restraint and clean silhouettes.

FEBRUARY #2

A SEASONAL DESIGN FRAMEWORK
Frosted Stillness

February lives in restraint. Cold light. quiet, softened surfaces.
Muted tones and layered textures slow everything down.
Objects are chosen for how they feel, not just how they function.
Embroidery and tactile structures meet light and sound as part of the composition.
Materials absorb more than they reflect. Silence has weight.

Objects are reworked, reupholstered, given time instead of replacement. Old furniture holds new tension. Familiar forms, slightly shifted.

This is not about renewal yet. It’s about holding. Listening and
Letting materials speak before anything changes.

February is the pause before movement.
A frozen surface, with depth beneath. Warmth is subtle.
Change is sensed, not seen. Sit with it.
Something is forming.

COLOR FRAME
Soft white, dusty petroleum, grey.

MATERIALS
Velvet, boucle, silk, marble, wool, ceramic.

OBJECT DESIGN
Within this framework you’ll find my ceramic table produced in Portugal, handmade art silk scarves, embroidery upholstery, ceramic sketches in process, textile samples, and an upholstered sofa dressed in a new fabric.

JANUARY #1

A SEASONAL DESIGN FRAMEWORK:
Cold days call for warm, embracing colors, grounded in a tactile, structured style.
The objects and overall setting you surround yourself with shape the mood you live in.

Get inspired.
Step into your fairytale.!

A COLOR FRAME
Deep bordeaux red sets the tone; rich, elegant, and quietly powerful, carrying warmth, depth, love, and a sense of refined maturity.

Broken brown grounds the space with earthy stability and tactile honesty, bringing calm, balance, and a feeling of being rooted.

Soft cream tones lighten the expression, adding air, warmth, and timeless serenity.

… and the blue “not to be forgotten”.
A comforting blue that symbolizes union 🇪🇺, calm, and quiet confidence.

A space designed “not” just to be seen, but to be felt.

OBJECT DESIGN:
Within this framework, you’ll find my friend’s design of red corduroy trousers, my ceramic table produced in Portugal, and an antique mirror inviting you to look closer. I know someone who can curate a similar piece for you.
The old blue sofa, gets a new life in modern italian unholstering,
