This one...has given me so many grey hairs 😂. The pattern is from .mian and I have made it before. This time I wanted to do this version. This is version 3.0. First one went to the bin. Second on...well...ended up with me drawing every single one of the 7 tiles because the tesselation in number one went so wrong. Only to find out that the tiles met in a wrong way. And that's the amazing part of geometry - there is always a new pattern showing up. Now it rests - and in the meantime I made this one. And the painting can begin...

New piece❤️. Saw something like this at and got this craving - she has made such an inspiring piece. I’ve made it on my ‘new kid in town’ aka the Khadi watercolor paper I bought last week. Lovely to work on, by the way. The colors are not entirely captured…to put it mildly. The ‘blue’ is actually Undersea green from Daniel Smith 🙃. It looks ok with ‘blue’ (could consider to make another with reel blue😅). But green it is IRL😅 ❤️
