The puppy is new to the neighborhood, so naturally, he wants to mark his territory. He is big and his mess is also!

My Home was created by Aleksandar Eftimovski and Jan Laštovička.

The sculpture is still on display in Højer – but hay is a fragile and temporary material, so we don’t know how long it will remain.

Come and experience it while you can – and please help us protect the artwork by not climbing on it or pulling at the hay.

ZEBRA–HORSE 🇫🇷🌾

The sculpture is a hybrid animal – a chimera.
Through Zebra–Horse, the artists explore the relationship between humans and nature.
The work raises a fundamental question: Are humans part of nature?

Team France: Christian Burger and Hyacinthe Burger.

Det er fantastisk at opleve hvordan værkerne skifter udtryk, når naturen forandrer sig og vejret skifter.
Vi kan stærkt anbefale at besøge pladsen i morgen- og aftentimerne, hvor himlen danner den smukkeste kulisse!

The international artworks are still on display in Højer - so don’t hesitate to stop by and experience something stunning right here in the flat marshlands. We highly recommend mornings and evenings, where the sky becomes the most breathtaking background gallery!
And an even bigger recommendation; stop by several times, as the sculptures are experienced differently depending on the weather conditions. 🫶🫶🫶

HAY ART HØJER – THE FINISHED SCULPTURES!
STILL ON DISPLAY IN HØJER!!!

What an incredible week! Despite challenging weather, our international artists joined forces and completed all three hay sculptures.

And the best part? You can still experience them in Højer!

The sculptures are made from hay and will only be here for a limited time. We don’t know how long they will last, so come and see them while you can!

ART JAM 2026 - closing 🫶
After an incredible creation week, filled with many hours of work, many new friendships across country boarders and memorable experiences we can proudly say; The 34th International ART JAM Wood Sculpture Symposium is officially closed - and what a journey!! Talented artists from all over the world made their way all the way to Højer, where they transformed raw oak trunks into incredible artworks during one week of open creation, for the public to follow. At the closing we celebrated the artists and their huge achievements 🫶
A huge thank you to all visitors, volunteers and sponsors for making this event possible. A huge thank you to all our amazing artists for making this week so special and memorable! We are thankful and proud to call you all a part of our ART JAM FAMILY!!!
