This workshop is facilitated by Osiris Rafael Valero, and organized in collaboration with Livet er en højskole and Café Gaya. We invite you to connect with your body's intelligence and with the rhythms of nature around and inside you.
Through mindful movement, creative expression, playful curiosity, and community support, you will explore the seasons as a mirror for personal growth.
Come to celebrate life in a journey of self-discovery, while weaving heart-to-heart bonds and having lots of fun. Remember that you too are meant to transform and flourish.
