Yoga at Ny Bastion in July

Marie completed her teacher training at The Yoga Flat in Copenhagen and will start guiding yoga classes from July at Ny Bastion. With a background in dance, she has always used movement as a way to arrive in the present moment and aims to bring that same quality to her yoga teaching. Her classes blend physical practice, breath work and meditation with a focus on mindfulness and gratitude.

Vi fejrer det okkulte, det uperfekte og det ukendte – og markerer vendepunktet, hvor lyset langsomt begynder at vige for mørket.

Four short concerts. Manifestations. Witchcraft. Snacks, drinks and music from the shadows.
We celebrate the occult, the imperfect and the unknown – and mark the turning point where the light slowly begins to give way to the darkness.

Ny Bastion og Ela Lung inviterer til en aften med musik, performances og dj’s. 

Singing In A Bar er navnet på Ela Lung’s kommende album – og en hyldest til baren og natten som samlingssted. D. 13. juni har hun derfor inviteret nogle af sine største inspirationskilder, der sammen med hende og jer vil fylde rummet med inderlighed, punk, pumps og fab musik. Vi glæder os!

Ny Bastion and Ela Lung invite you to an evening of music, performances, and dj’s.

Singing In A Bar is the title of Ela Lung’s upcoming album – and a tribute to the bar and the night as places where people come together. On June 13, she has invited some of her greatest sources of inspirations to join her in filling the space with intimacy, punk, pumps, and fabulous music. We’re looking forward to it!

PROJEKTERNES FÆLLESPULJE AND NY BASTION invites to a big and sweet and very open community meeting at Ny Bastion!

Theme: how can we, as organisers in cultural scenes and activism, become better at cooperating? At creating supportive networks, and inspire each other? How can we make it a habit and a norm to share knowledge, experience, and ressources instead of competing?

During the evening, we will facilitate conversations, workshops and finally share a delicious homemade (vegan) communal dinner! There will also be refreshments during the meeting, and Ny Bastion will keep the bar open.

So, bring your bestie, your fellow organisers, your art- collective, your neighbors and your muses, and see you at a lovely night of practising community!

Ny Bastion is 100% volunteer driven and non profit, huge thanks to our volunteers. We ask all guests to look after each other as well as the building and its surroundings, including neighbours, nature and wildlife.
