We are back from the Hong Kong Whisky Festival 2026 and now fully rested.
This World Whisky Day was something special. We launched our latest RARE Whisky, Orange Blossom, a unique single cask expression shaped by an unexpected interaction between organic Danish single malt and a cask that previously held our Orange Gin, resulting in subtle layers of fresh citrus oils and a whisky unlike anything we have made before.
Together with Master Distiller Lasse Öznek and Ken Grier, Ex-Macallan Whisky Legend and Drinks Guru, we hosted a one-of-a-kind masterclass, where we guided guests through a wide range of 10 whiskies that defy convention. From our core expressions to very unique releases, including selections such as Blood and Bone and other very rare bottlings.
We also hosted a second masterclass pairing selected Copenhagen Distillery whisky expressions with Danish specialities, including new make infused sausages from Folkets Madhus, cheese from Arla Unika, and chocolate from Bülow.
