✨ Last week at I had the privilege to document “Breakfast with Ukraine” – a gathering that celebrated Ukrainian creativity, resilience, and craftsmanship.

The event took place in the inspiring space of where I had the chance to meet incredible people and talented Ukrainian designers. Among them, presented a remarkable and meaningful collection — merging traditional Ukrainian crafts with contemporary design.

The collection also featured adaptive clothing for people with prosthetics, developed in collaboration with U+System
On the runway, it was showcased by Ukrainian soldier — a moment that resonated deeply with today’s realities and the strength of the human spirit.

I’m grateful to and the Embassy of Ukraine in Denmark for making it possible to witness, capture, and help present the vision of Ukrainian designers to the world.

I’ve been in Malmö for almost a year—almost a year of endless sunsets, trips to Copenhagen, and Petter with Ritva glowing in the burning evening light. A lot of solitude, a lot of conversations. A lot of culture, debates, and the mess of languages in my head now feels like a given.

By now, I’ve mapped out every sunset spot in the landscape outside my window. Knowing exactly where each ray of light lands has become my mental exercise, a way to anchor myself to this place. And now I’m just waiting for those endless blue hours.

Even before our official introduction, when I first saw Anna’s photos, I knew she would be my personal Rebecca Ferguson. And finally, I had the chance to meet her and take a few portraits while playing with the wind and under the setting sun. Copenhagen greeted us with summer heat and sunshine. And the Øresund Bridge—my own special kind of love.💗
