The focus of our school is on the original Swing Dances: Lindy Hop, Authentic Jazz, Balboa, Collegiate Shag, and Tap. Our team consists of skilled and experienced dancers, who love to spread their swing dance knowledge both in class and on the social dancefloor. Happy Feet Studio has been established in 2015 by two passionate swing dancers: Kuno and Gosia. In January 2017 we moved into a beautiful

dance studio very close to Nørrebro Station, where we have 550m2 of wooden floors, two big classrooms, a small training room, and a cozy cafe. A great place to dance, hang out with friends, and meet new people. We offer:

• Over 20 weekly dance courses with a total of over 350 participants
• Weekend workshops in swing dance
• Friday Parties with swing DJs and live jazz bands
• Private dance lessons for all levels
• Open Practice - free and open for everyone
• Swing Dance shows and crash courses for private and corporate events (such as birthday parties, weddings, theme parties, company parties etc.)
• Studio Rental (550m2) for workshops, classes, conferences, birthday parties etc.

Join us for a special weekend of Lindy Hop workshops with Anaïs & Nathan from Grenoble, France! 😍

Visiting Copenhagen at the invitation of our local performance team, Happy Dozen, Anaïs & Nathan come highly recommended as both inspiring dancers and engaging teachers. We’re thrilled to share this opportunity with the entire Happy Feet community 🧡

With a teaching style centered around connection, musicality, individuality, and freedom in the dance, they encourage dancers to explore their own expression while staying deeply connected to the music.

Passionate about jazz culture, they bring creativity, playfulness, and awareness into every class. Both Anaïs and Nathan dance and teach in both roles, offering valuable perspectives for all dancers.

We’re moving - just around the corner!

We’re very happy to share that from September 1st, Happy Feet Studio will move to a new location at Vibevej 20 - only 200 meters from our current home. So while the address is changing, we will still be staying right here in the neighborhood.

The new space will be a bit smaller, but it will also have less wasted space on hallways and similar areas, which means we are confident it will still be a really great home for our classes, socials, and community.

The space is currently being fully renovated for us, and one thing we are especially excited about is that they are currently installing a great wooden dance floor for us. We can’t wait to start dancing there with you!

We will take over the space on September 1st, and that is also when our classes will begin in the new studio.

In this post, we’ll share a few images of the space as it looks right now - quite raw, with bare concrete surfaces - together with some AI-generated visualizations to help give an idea of how it may look by September.

We’re really excited about this next chapter and look forward to welcoming you to the new home of Happy Feet at Vibevej 20 ❤️

As we are getting ready for the move to our new studio, we are selling some of the furniture and things that we will not be bringing with us.

There are sofas, tables, chairs, shelves, shoe racks, an old cash register and various other things from the studio.

Maybe something from Happy Feet can get a new life in your home, office, workshop space or summer house?
