They met on a dance floor - which, if you think about it, is basically speed-dating with better rhythm.

One salsa turn led to a shared life, and now they still dance together, just with a lot more paperwork and one very official Danish marriage certificate.

She’s Spanish, he’s Cuban, they live in Germany, and somehow decided the only sensible place to say “I do” was Copenhagen. Honestly, more romantic couples should make illogical geography a personal brand.

Love has no borders, no passports, and apparently no need for a shared home country before the wedding.

It’s this kind of story - big feelings, bigger flights, zero logic - that I live for as a photographer. It’s exactly why I do what I do.

It feels like just yesterday you were holding them - tiny, sweet, fitting perfectly in your arms.

And somehow, in the blink of an eye, they’re 20 years old, all grown up, and that little person is gone forever. Kids grow up so fast - the way they held your hand, the way they laughed at nothing, the way your whole family looked together on an ordinary Tuesday.

Those moments feel like they’ll last forever, but they don’t.

That’s why I believe family photography isn’t a luxury - it’s how we hold on to time. Not posed, not stiff - just you, being you, together.

With 18 years behind the camera and 10 years working as a doula, I bring something different to every session:
patience, warmth, and a deep sensitivity to real emotional connection.

I’m not just there to click a shutter - I’m there to notice the small, real, unrepeatable moments between you and the people you love most. That’s what doula work taught me: presence matters more than perfection.

My style is documentary and lifestyle: a good mixer of guided posing, minimum staged shots and maximum authenticity. No forced smiles, no “look at the camera and say cheese.” Just your family, as you really are.

The dress was stunning, the connection between them even more so. Smiles, laughter, quiet glances that said everything.

This gorgeous Italian couple dreamed of something small and intimate: no crowds, no chaos, none of the beautiful (but big) Italian wedding traditions they grew up with. Just the two of them, Copenhagen’s City Hall, and a handful of people who mattered most.

Honestly, it was over far too quickly. We had just one hour together, and while that’s tight, it’s enough to capture a full ceremony plus a beautiful little portrait session right in the heart of the city.

Proof that intimate doesn’t mean less. It just means every single moment counts.

I love photographing this family - we’ve known each other for 9 years now.

Every year we pick a new location and meet up in August to hold on to the summer - to remember who we are, how we change, and how our son keeps growing.

It’s incredible to watch children grow up, relationships evolve, and families expand right in front of my camera.

Booking is now open for autumn - September, October, and all the cozy fall sessions.

Just the two of them, Hamlet’s ghost, and about 400 years of history as witnesses 🏰👻

Yes, you read that right - this gorgeous couple eloped at Kronborg Castle with zero guests... except for the small detail that they’re raising *five* children together. Five!

And somehow they still looked at each other like it was date one. If that’s not proof that love (and a good babysitter) conquers all, I don’t know what is 😅

Watching them exchange vows in that quiet royal venue was genuinely one of the most touching moments I’ve photographed this year.
No fuss, no crowd - just two people who’ve built an entire world together, taking a breath to celebrate just *them*.
And honestly? Two of the most beautiful humans I’ve ever had in front of my camera. The camera did not have to work hard that day.

Intimate weddings like this are exactly why I love this job. Sometimes the biggest love stories are the quietest ones.

Where are you going, summer? We literally just met!

This happens every year.
Summer and I had plans. Big plans. Apparently summer had other plans. ☀️😅 it slips through your fingers and you are getting older on one year….

And yet - here we are, still in June, which means there’s still time to make something beautiful out of it this year.

A family shoot, golden light, kids being exactly themselves - chaotic, sweet, and growing up way too fast. To remember? To stay present!

Every spring in Denmark, 14-year-olds celebrate konfirmation - a coming-of-age tradition rooted in Lutheran Christianity, but today embraced by families of all backgrounds as a milestone worth marking.

Think of it as a Danish quinceañera or a Bar Mitzvah - a day entirely devoted to one young person stepping into adulthood, surrounded by everyone who matters. There will be a long table, a lot of smørrebrød, at least three relatives giving the same speech, and a cake that took someone two days to make.

And the teenager? Somewhere between genuinely moved and desperately trying to look cool in front of their friends.

As a photographer, this day is a gift. Everyone is dressed up, emotions are running high, and at some point - usually during the toasts - someone cries. That’s when I know I’m exactly where I need to be.

Some families you photograph once.
Others become part of your story.

This family I’ve been capturing for almost 10 years. Kids who were tiny are now people. The world has shifted in every possible way. But here we are again, under the sakura, doing what we do best - collecting the good stuff before it disappears.

That’s exactly why I do this work.

If you’ve been putting off a family session:
this is your sign. Blossom season is very short. Sakura is already gone, but there are few spots with magnolia and white Cherry. That’s it.

When two become one.
Stylish. Simple. Lovely.

Hire people you trust, then let them do their job. The couples who enjoy their day the most are the ones who stopped trying to control every detail and just… showed up. Plan well, then let it go.
