On the workshop, you will go through the personal muscle release program of .d.wilde. At the end of the session you will have released the muscle groups pole dancers typically struggle with, feel like a melted puddle of butter, and be ready to go home and pass out because you're so relaxed.
WHAT TO BRING: All you need is one peanut, lacrosse ball, foam roller or similar. We will share equipment when necessary. https://www.billig-fitness.dk/ has all.
We highly, highly recommend you join this session if you ever experience muscle tension, tightness, or struggle with flexibility in certain muscle groups.
