Galerie Arnarson & Sehmer was invited to the residency of the Icelandic ambassador, celebrating 70 years of Icelandic-German diplomatic relations. It was a beautiful evening with inspiring encounters. Thank you for the evening.

Thank you all for coming to the finissage of "Der Mythos ist Hin" with works of .essque .arnarson. We had a great time and we hope it was the same for you.

Our first exhibition with external artists and a big audience after three years of pandemic: What an experience!

We need to recharge the batteries and we'll be back when the leaves turn yellow, organge and red. See you soon!

Hey there! We want to celebrate our most successful exhibition with you all. For this reason, we're organising a finissage the way we like it. And if you've ever been to one of our parties, you already know what we're talking about! Come get cosy on our terrace on Saturday 9th! Doors will open starting at 5 pm.

Refreshing drinks, finger food and live music await you. Admission is free, donations are welcome!

What a weekend! It was a pleasure to see the gallery's space full of people again after many months. Thanks to everyone who came by and to our wonderful artists!

The exhibition will go on until July 9th. You can come anytime until then during our opening times on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 pm to 6 pm.

"Der Mythos is hin" (The myth is dead) is this year's theme of the artspring Berlin festival. Is it so? Or do myths still shape our reality? We won't answer these questions, we hope instead to inspire new ones.

Please consider that most of the images of the exhibition are s*x and body positive.

Dear friends,

it's raining again in Berlin, and we are sitting in our studio room thinking back to last Saturday's book launch of Paul Scraton's latest novella In the Pines.
How wonderful to get to share this unique project with you and do it here with the help of Alexander Wells.
How heartwarming to see you again, walking around the gallery.

A special thanks to the friends of Curious Fox for turning our gallery into a book shop for one night.

And finally thanks to Aidan Bartley and the Blu Moon Collective for the beautiful music.

We couldn't have imagined a more splendid kick-off for our first exhibition after one year. A selection of the pictures that our Eymelt made for the book are now hanging in the big room. If you haven't made it to the reading, come and have a look at the photographs. You'll find us as usual on Saturdays from 2 PM to 6 PM.

One year has passed since we opened our doors for the first time.
