In 1992 Jeff Leyton started his Incredible debut role, in the role of Jean Valjean, in the world wide smash hit musical Les Misérables in the place theatre Manchester England in 1992 until 1993. The Les Misérables tour carried on to the 3Arena in Dublin in Southern Ireland, in 1993 and then on to Jeff's home the city of Edinburgh at the playhouse theatre, one of the largest theatres in Europe. Jeff got the leading role of Old Deuteronomy at the Gillian Lynne Theatre in London‘s West End by Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber in 1995 and was thrilled to be directed by the late great Gillian Lynne & Trevor Nunn. It was an honer that one of our performances was for the lovely Princess Margaret, the late Countess of Snowdon. During this period Jeff In September 1998 Jeff released his first solo album entitled Music of the Night with the amazing City of London Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by the brilliant Martin Koch. In 1998 Jeff played the leading role of Edmond Dantes in the Count of Monte-Cristo which he co-authored with the fabulous Tommy Smith & legend Scottish poet, Edwin Morgan with the Paragon Ensemble at the Traverse Theatre in Edinburgh. Jeff also recorded the BBC Radio 2 Agony's Awakening written by Craig Warner, played the leading roles of Achilles and Poseidon, then finished the tour of Les Mis through to 1999. Jeff returned Les Miserables at the London Palace Theatre 2003 when Les Mis changed over to the Gielgud Theatre in 2004 with original creative team Trevor Nunn and John Caird. Greece.
