TBT – Rocker 33 Closing ❤️‍🔥

Some nights eventually become stories.

The Rocker 33 Closing was definitely one of those nights.

For me personally, Rocker was my musical home for many years. As a resident, I was lucky enough to experience countless nights there, welcome amazing artists, build lifelong friendships, and share moments with all of you that simply cannot be planned.

I had the honor of officially closing the first chapter of Rocker 33 – but somehow, the story wasn’t quite finished yet. So there was one more dance. One final goodbye.

And it was absolutely wild.

At some point, the timetable became more of a rough idea than an actual plan – except for ÂME (Kristian) and the Keinemusik crew. 😅

What started as a closing night turned into a 26+ hour journey with all the people who made this club what it was.

My original slot was long over – but the music just wouldn’t stop. In the end, I was behind the decks for what felt like more than 10 hours.

Those nights had a very special energy. No phones, no algorithms, no hype – just a room full of people being exactly where they were supposed to be, at exactly the right moment.

And then there was that one moment that is honestly hard to put into words:

→ Daft Punk – “Revolution 909”

Just love, sweat, loads of tears and smiles.

House. Techno. Stuttgart. Rocker 33.

Looking back today, I’m simply grateful to have been part of it.

Rocker 33 was never just a club.

It was a feeling.

Digging through the archives... Georgia, you’ve always been built different. 🇬🇪🔊✨

With 2006 being almost 20 years ago, it feels surreal looking at these clips. This was just one example of the different gigs I played out there under my old alias DJ All*Star 🫪

While there are so many legendary nights at spots like Night Office or the massive Adjara Music Hall that were never caught on camera, the memories stay locked in my head forever.

Seeing how massive and style-defining the Georgian underground scene is today makes me incredibly proud to have witnessed the very first blueprint. Massive respect to the local community, artists, and crews who keep pushing boundaries today, standing strong even when things get tough politically. Keep on fighting for your rights 👊The energy is unmatched. 🖤
