Social Dancing with a diamond of France 🇫🇷

Do you ever social dance with someone and the connection was there but then when you look at the video its nothing like what it felt??? 🤔 😅🤣 this was one of those videos. She didn't like it. I wasn't super fond of it but at the end of the day I remembered I'm doing this for me and not a popularity contest. I want to look back on my like and remember all the great memories I had. So thank you 😊

Perfection isn't real. Excellence is ✍️

Mistakes are something we all hate experiencing. It makes us feel incompetent, slow, and worst of all like fraud. But mistakes are actually the one thing that helps you grow the most scientifically.

According to a study done at UCLA making mistakes during practice can improve long term retention by 50%. So scientifically mistakes make you sharper.

So the next time you're in the dance studio struggling or at work making yet another mistake please remember, this is not the moment to beat your you're this is moment you grow from your old behavior 💪

My goal as a instructor I just to provide my own insight. But by doing that it makes people feel challenged but its my job I am supposed to. If I always give them the easy things how can they grow. Growing up I was alwasy pushed and even though I hated my instructors I am happy they did it because not I benefited from them pushing me☺️
