Discover a diverse selection of expressive paintings, copper engravings, rare ceramics from the former State Majolica Manufactory Karlsruhe, and exclusive Murano glass sculptures.
At the heart of the exhibition are Gelbert’s paintings, where nature, light, and atmosphere are transformed into powerful worlds between landscape and abstraction. As Steffen Egle, Director of the Pfalzgalerie Kaiserslautern, notes, Gelbert’s work stands in the tradition of modern landscape art from Turner and Monet to Expressionism.
