Der September steht vor der Tür und mit ihm unsere nächste Choreo-Runde. Die neuen Choreographien sind schon fertig und wir freuen uns riesig darauf, in den kommenden Wochen mit Euch zu tanzen. ✨

Egal, ob uns der Spätsommer noch ein paar warme Tage schenkt oder es uns wieder öfter ins Studio zieht, wir sind auf jeden Fall ready und freuen uns auf Euch!

Wir vertiefen dabei bekannte Techniken und fokussieren uns auf die Details neuer Elemente. 👯‍♀️👯‍♂️👯⁠

Auch wenn bei Dir in den nächsten Wochen ein wohlverdienter Urlaub oder einfach mal ein schöner Abend draußen ansteht, da alle Stunden in sich geschlossen sind, kannst Du auch mal einen Termin verpassen, ohne dann in der folgenden Class mit verpassten Details zu kämpfen. 💪

After the incredible feedback and countless requests following our WEEKEND INTENSIVE over Easter… we knew we had to bring her back. 🤍

TEAMVORSTELLUNG | ANNA ✨

Ein weiteres Gesicht, das nicht mehr aus dem Studio wegzudenken ist, weder als Trainerin noch als Schülerin unseres Int./Adv. Niveaus ist die liebe Anna. 💕

„ Ich habe schon immer getanzt und es geliebt. Nachdem ich mit dem Ballett aufgehört habe, habe ich über die Jahre viele andere Tanzstile ausprobiert. Allerdings bin ich bei nichts geblieben... Bis zu meiner ersten Poledancestunde!
Für mich hat Pole alles: Eleganz, Kraft, Ausdruck, und Sexyness wenn man sich danach fühlt ;) Und man kann auf beinahe jede Musik tanzen. Es ist eine Herausforderung, ein Ganzkörperworkout, eine Leidenschaft und ein Weg ganz in seinem Körper anzukommen und alles andere zu vergessen.
Ich freue mich diese Begeisterung weiter zu geben und jedem und jeder einzelnen dabei zu helfen etwas Neues zu versuchen, über sich hinaus zu wachsen und sich wohl zu fühlen. Denn eine der wundervollsten Sachen am Pole ist, dass man nicht die „richtige“ Figur braucht oder mit 30 zu alt ist. Hier findet jeder seinen Platz.“
