Two releases on tape that will be avalible from the 4th of September on Grubenwehr Freiburg

DREAM LITURGIES

C60 cassette, limited to 55 copies. Experimental keyboard sounds, harsh noises, and distorted drones. Each copy comes in a individually hand-dyed jute bag featuring a second design on the outside. Also included is a piece of a personally collected branch. An album featuring four international artists: Theo Nugraha (Indonesia), Toshiji Mikawa (Japan), Maurizio Bianchi and Niccolò Di Gregorio (Italy). Art by Grodock and Polykrisis. NixNoise vol.10 Warm-Up Concerts

Grubenwehr Freiburg presents an evening of experimental electronic music at Aquarium Leipzig. Expect Grodock and U. Schwitters with sine wave generators and sonic textures, susu with a harsh noise vocal performance, Egbert Langton experimenting with analog synthesizers, and Helmi and Ludo with polyrhythms and live trombone.

Due to the new packaging regulations, we and all other small labels are currently unable to continue selling physical releases to EU countries via Bandcamp (and Discogs). Otherwise, we would face heavy fines.

Shipping within Germany via Bandcamp has to be temporarily suspended until we have made our way through various registrations (some of them subject to fees) and a whole series of documents.

International shipping outside the EU can continue as usual this month. Hopefully, sales within Germany will be reactivated by early September, with the next releases.

Da die neuen Verpackungsrichtlinien es uns und allen anderen kleinen Labels verunmöglichen weiterhin Tonträger über Bandcamp (und Discogs) ins EU Ausland zu verkaufen werden wir den Verkauf von Tonträgern über Bandcamp dorthin vorerst einstellen müssen.

Ansonsten würden uns hohe Strafen erwarten. Auch der Versand innerhalb Deutschlands über Bandcamp muss vorerst gestoppt werden werden, biss wir uns durch verschiedene (zum Teil kostenpflichtige) Anmeldungen und eine Reihe von Dokumenten gequält haben.

Der Internationale Versand außerhalb der EU kann auch diesen Monat weiterhin aufrecht erhalten werden. Bis Anfang September, mit den nächsten Veröffentlichungen, wird der Verkauf innerhalb Deutschlands hoffentlich wieder aktiviert werden können.

Behind this name are Karl Grümpe and Rena P.Q, both active in the Greek music underground scene. They combine raspy, persistent sounds and pulsating bass waves. Grodock

Harald Rettich
Leipzig-based musician and composer (RETTNOISE) working with improvisation, lap guitar, and audiovisual performance. Active internationally on festivals, trained in composition with Helmut Lachenmann, and also works as a curator.

Rosemarie Pfaff
Leipzig performance artist combining movement and sound, often using a bubble-wrap suit. Her work focuses on bodily gesture and noise, shaped by personal experience and influenced by contemporary performance art.

Polykrisis

Following several preview editions that have circulated over recent years, SEKUNDE now reaches its definitive form.

The collaboration between Grodock, David Leutkart's project and co-founder of Grubenwehr Freiburg and Carsten Vollmer, an uncompromising noise artist and feedback devotee since the 1980s, is officially released by Grubenwehr on LP and CDr.

Alongside the original recordings, the CDr version of the album includes previously unheard alternate versions that expand and reinterpret the underlying sound material. CDr layout by Karl Gümpe (Mai12).
