For 55 years now, friends G.A.W and Der Mussikant have known each other, and have been making music together for over 40 years. With their project
"HEUTE - Präzisionsmusik", they present musical-minimal-electronic impressions from this era alongside new songs - poppy, edgy, loud and quiet, but always good for a laugh. Some older lyrics are, surprisingly (or alarmingly), more relevant than ever! The new pieces, too, have a distinctly idiosyncratic and edgy character.
Electronic music remains at the center - yet always paired with a clear and concrete lyrical statement.
Seit nunmehr 55 Jahren kennen sich die Freunde G.A.W und Der Mussikant und musizieren gemeinsam seit über
40 Jahren. Mit dem Projekt „HEUTE - Präzisionsmusik" präsentieren sie musikalisch-minimal-elektronische Eindrücke aus dieser Zeit sowie neue Songs, poppig, kantig, laut und leise, aber immer zum Lachen. Manch alte Texte sind überraschenderweise (oder erschreckenderweise) wieder hochaktuell! Auch die neuen Stücke zeigen sich eigenwillig und kantig. Die elektronische Musik steht nach wie vor im Vordergrund - doch immer mit einer konkreten
Textaussage.
