Glider Showdown in aeroflyRC10: Thermy SL vs. Minimach – Which glider performs better in thermal conditions?

We tested both models and the winner is clear: the Thermy SL.
Its lightweight design and thermal-focused setup allow it to climb efficiently and stay airborne significantly longer in weak lift conditions.

The Minimach is optimized more for slope soaring and dynamic flying. While it handles wind and speed very well, it cannot match the Thermy SL when it comes to pure thermal performance.

Result:
• Thermy SL = Best choice for thermal soaring
• Minimach = Best choice for slope flying and dynamic conditions
