Steel Fox - Red Snow
Steel Fox aus Brasilien sind zurück, nachdem sie 2018 ihr letztes Album SAVAGERY auf den Markt gebracht haben, wird im Mai das zweite Album der Brasilianer erscheinen, und das ganze wird auf den Titel RED SNOW hören.
Ich hatte aber die Ehre, und habe bereits vorab das Album von STF Records erhalten, und darf schon mal ein bißchen dazu sagen.
Und wer bei Brasilien jetzt erstmal den Sound von Sepultura im Ohr hat, der sollte mal genauer hinhören, denn Steel Fox klingt ganz anders.
Musikalisch orientiert sich die 1997 gegründete Band in Richtung Speedmetal.
Ich kann schon mal vorab sagen, dass mir die Scheibe sehr gut gefällt, denn man arbeitet hier nach einem bewährten Muster.
Man mischt eingängige Melodien mit komplexer Instrumentalisierung, packt noch eine außergewöhnlicher Stimme dazu, und schon hat man Steel Fox.
Nun, was macht die Band, bzw. deren Werk jetzt so besonders, zum einen haben wir die Stimmfarbe von
Robson Alves, er hat einen tollen Umfang und kommt ziemlich hoch.
Dann haben wir die Jungs an den Gitarren, Daniel und Tiago, auch hier eine tolle Leistung, die Riffs sind ansprechend und gut umgesetzt, dann wären da noch Bosco an den Drums und Philipe am Bass, auch hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen.
Insgesamt haben wir 10 Songs mit 40 Minuten und die gehen wie bereits erwähnt, echt gut ins Ohr, so gut, dass sie mir 9 von 10 Punkten wert sind.

Steel Fox - Red Snow
Steel Fox from Brazil are back after launching their last album SAVAGERY in 2018, the second album of the Brazilians will be released in May, and the whole thing will listen to the title RED SNOW.
But I had the honor, and I received the album from STF Records in advance, and may I say a little bit about it.
And if you have the sound of Sepultura in your ear regarding to Brazil, you should listen more carefully, because Steel Fox sounds very different.
Musically, the band, founded in 1997, is oriented towards Speedmetal.
I can say in advance that I like the disc very much, because they work here according to a tried and tested pattern.
You mix catchy melodies with complex instrumentalization, you add an extraordinary voice, and you have Steel Fox.
Well, what makes the band, or their work so special now, on the one hand, we have the voice color of
Robson Alves, he has a great circumference and comes pretty high.
Then we have the guys on the guitars, Daniel and Tiago, also here a great performance, the riffs are appealing and well implemented, then there are Bosco on the drums and Philipe on bass, again there is nothing wrong with it.
In total we have 10 songs with 40 minutes and they go as already mentioned, really good in the ear, so good that they are worth 9 out of 10 points to me.
