To achieve a three-dimensional effect, each page of the book has to be folded. The Book Origami itself should not to be trimmed, because it would lose his volume then. But it is possible to split the whole book up to his spine, to have the ability to create multilevel-reliefs. Another kind of this Book-Origami is to fold the pages around the axis of the book. In this case you have to remove the back of the book at first and then you can fold the pages. Book-Origami’s have primarily a decorative character but you can use them also to collect memos or as a bookend. With Mini-Books you are able to create tree decorations or jewelry by yourself.
