We are back 🥳 ONLINE AND OFFLINE classes on Salsa Musicality and Body Movement will start from August 13!

Level: Improver and Intermediate. The lessons are now tailored to those who have been dancing at least 1+ year and want to make their dance more flavorful and captivating (using your understanding of the music and body mechanics).

It’s a SOLO class for both MEN AND WOMEN.

We start each class by transitioning from on1 to on2 using different instruments in salsa. Then we learn the moves that we need for the class, practice them, and then put them all together to dance to a chosen song. Often times we add improvisation exercises (the biggest challenge but at the same time the most rewarding 😉)

All the classes are recorded for those that are not in Hannover or prefer to train at home at their own pace.
