Getting to WindEnergy Hamburg? You have plenty of options.

🚆 By train: Hamburg Dammtor station is just 300 metres from the exhibition grounds, with direct long-distance connections to major German cities. This is your chance to go for a fantastic stroll through Planten un Blomen park.

🚇 By public transport: U2, U1, U3 and S-Bahn connections put the exhibition grounds within easy walking distance. And with an online visitor ticket, your journey to and from the venue by local public transport is included.

🚗 By car: Around 3,500 parking spaces are available around the exhibition grounds — though during WindEnergy Hamburg, public transport or Park+Ride can be the easier choice.

✈️ By plane: Hamburg Airport is around 10 km from the venue, with public transport connections taking you to the exhibition grounds in around 30 minutes.

Offshore wind development brings together different demands on marine space — from fisheries and nature conservation to defence.

At WindEnergy Hamburg, Arturo Marques, Advisor – Offshore Wind at WindEurope, will moderate a discussion with Dujon Goncalves-Collins, Principal Advisor – Aviation, Defence & Radar at RWE Offshore Wind and Chair of the WindEurope Defence Task Force, Kristin Blasche, Environment & Permitting Manager at Ørsted, and Hermione van Zutphen, Ecology Program Manager at Ecowende.

Together, they will explore how better planning, collaboration and tendering processes can make coexistence at sea work, while protecting and enhancing marine ecosystems.
