| EMERGING ARTIST EXHIBITION
The Emerging Artist exhibition is a long-standing format of the Affordable Art Fair Germany, offering a curated platform to artists who are not yet represented by a gallery. Since 2012, it has played a crucial role in increasing the visibility of young artistic voices, creating space for new perspectives and supporting early career breakthroughs in the art world.
As part of the upcoming edition of Affordable Art Fair Berlin 2026, we are excited to bring this special exhibition format to the city again. On display in this year’s Emerging Artist exhibition will be three distinctive artistic positions by (Bella Bram), (Özcan Ertek) and (Solveig Schmid) – three Berlin-based artists whose conceptual works explore transitions between body, space, material, and perception.
Under the title ‘Resonante Zustände – Körper, Material und Wahrnehmung im Übergang’, the exhibition brings together immersive practices that operate in states of in-between: between object and environment, sound and silence, intuition and construction. Their practices reflect personal, spatial and structural themes, offering insights into questions of identity, materiality, and transformation and as well include explorations of perception and embodied experience beyond passive observation.
