Ruben ist ein gefeierter holländischer DJ, Produzent, und Radio Host und ist bekannt für seinen atmosphärischen, emotionalen Sound und seinem unermüdlichen Engagement für die elektronische Musikszene einen Namen gemacht.
Bekannt ist er durch seine Collaborations und Remixe mit Robbie Williams, Above & Beyond und natürlich Armin van Buuren. Er hat bereits auf den weltweit größten Festivals wie z.B. dem Tomorrowland, Ultra Music Festival, dem EDC und eigenen globalen A State Of Trance Events performt.
Als Schlüsselfigur bei A State of Trance (ASOT) moderiert Ruben die weltweit einflussreiche Radiosendung zusammen mit Armin van Buuren, in der er neue und etablierte Talente aus aller Welt präsentiert.
